SongSync Terms of Use

1. Service Description
SongSync is an AI-assisted vocal practice app that provides sing-along recording, 5-dimension DNA scoring (pitch, rhythm, vibrato, breath, expression), weak-spot loop training, and long-term progress tracking to help amateur singers improve their vocal skills.
2. Copyright & Backing Track Uploads
When using SongSync you must comply with all applicable copyright laws. Before uploading a backing track you must select one of the following declarations:
- I own the copyright to this track
- This track is in the public domain
- I have a license to use this track
- For personal, non-public practice only — not for distribution
You bear sole legal responsibility for the copyright compliance of content you upload. SongSync does not verify the copyright status of uploaded files and assumes no liability for any copyright infringement. SongSync will never redistribute your uploaded backing tracks to other users or third parties.
3. AI Scoring Disclaimer
AI-generated 5-dimension DNA scores, weak-spot analysis, and coaching suggestions are reference-only and do not constitute professional vocal instruction or medical advice. Scores are influenced by recording quality, microphone hardware, and background noise; use them as directional guidance for personal practice.
4. Microphone Permission
You authorize SongSync to access your device microphone during recording sessions. SongSync activates the microphone only when you explicitly start a recording — it does not listen or record in the background.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
SongSync offers a Free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions auto-renew and are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. You can cancel at any time in your platform’s subscription settings; Pro benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period.
New Pro Monthly subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before it ends.
Refund policies follow Apple’s and Google’s respective rules.
6. Intellectual Property
Your practice recordings, DNA score history, and personal library belong to you. SongSync’s app interface, brand assets, built-in public-domain song arrangements, AI algorithms, and underlying technology belong to the SongSync development team and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for your account credentials. Report unauthorized access to support@sanva.tk immediately.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Upload copyright-protected backing tracks without a valid license
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt unauthorized access to SongSync services
- Automate API calls beyond normal personal use
9. Service Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice in advance.
10. Disclaimer
SongSync is provided “as is”. We make no warranty regarding uninterrupted, error-free operation or guaranteed improvement in vocal performance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law.
